We invite individuals over the age of 18 who have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) to join our support group. This group provides a safe and inclusive space for individuals to express themselves freely, learn Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills coping techniques, and establish meaningful connections with others who can empathise with their journey.

Rise Upp

Rise-Upp is a specialised DBT skills group tailored for neurodiverse teens. Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills are essential for neurodiverse teens due to their unique emotional and behavioural challenges. Neurodiversity encompasses conditions like autism, ADHD, and other neurological variations. DBT offers tools to manage intense emotions, improve social interactions, and enhance problem-solving abilities.
